Nellie

Practice Nurse

As a child aged 8 I already knew I wanted to be a nurse and by age 11, knew I wanted to be a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse.

After graduating from Curtin University of Technology in 1993, I completed a graduate program at  and spent a number of years travelling the world. On return from travelling, I began working in the Neonatal Intensive Care and  went on to achieve my childhood dream of becoming a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. I moved to Bunbury in 2001 to be closer to family and have spent the past 20 years in Emergency medicine.

After nearly 30 years of nursing, I still love being a Nurse and using my voice to advocate for my patients.

Outside of work, I am a wife and mum and I like to craft and cook for my family.
