Dr Jehan Ariyaratnam

GENERAL PRACTITIONER REGISTRAR

I was born and raised in Kent, England, graduating from Cardiff Medical School, Wales in 2012 and relocating to Australia in 2014.  Since then, I have gained broad clinical experience working across multiple hospitals in Melbourne and Western Australia and am currently undertaking GP training as a GP Registrar. I have a particular interest in General Medicine, Cardiology, and the care of older adult health. I am committed to providing patient-centred care, with a strong emphasis on health literacy, shared decision-making, and patient autonomy. Outside of work, I enjoy cricket, in particular following and supporting the Australian team, as well as a love for live music.
